Automation intelligence platform

Know exactly what your automation rules are doing

Designed for complex workflow environments. Available now: read-only inventory, structural findings with evidence, relationship views, history, comparison, and professional reports. Conflict and overlap analysis is planned.

Read-only by design — RuleCerta never writes to your platform

RuleCerta

See your automation clearly

Review inventory and evidence-backed findings before changing automation. Broader conflict analysis is planned — it is not claimed as current detection.

  • Rule relationships

Inspect stored relationships for audited workflows.

  • Conflict signals

Planned: overlapping or contradictory automation logic. Not current detection.

  • Evidence-backed findings

Keep findings tied to the underlying source and context.

  • Change awareness

Compare audits and understand what changed over time.

The questions nobody can answer confidently

Today this work happens by hand — spreadsheets, tribal knowledge and consultants re-reading configuration.

  • Which rules already exist, and which are near-duplicates?
  • Which rules touch the same field, status or entity?
  • Which rules could contradict each other?
  • What breaks if we disable this one rule?
  • Why did this action actually happen?
  • What changed since the last review?

What RuleCerta gives you

One focused product: read, analyse, explain. Built so every conclusion can be traced back to evidence.

Full rule inventory

Every workflow rule normalised into one canonical model: triggers, events, conditions, actions and target fields.

Explainable findings

Available now: structural findings such as enabled workflows without actions or trigger signals, duplicate names, and duplicate content — each with evidence. Coming later: high similarity, overlapping conditions, and potential conflicts.

Relationship map

Available now: an interactive view of stored audit relationships — workflows, evidence, events, actions, and duplicate peers. Broader field-level conflict mapping is planned.

Audit comparison

Available now: compare completed audits over time with honest language (new, still present, no longer detected). Coming later: line-by-line comparison of two individual rules.

Immutable audit snapshots

Each completed audit is frozen with its rule versions and engine version so history stays inspectable. Later audits do not rewrite earlier snapshots.

Professional reports

A branded PDF with executive summary, detailed findings with evidence, and the methodology behind them — without invented severity or risk scores.

From connection to report

Four steps, no configuration marathon.

  1. 01

    Connect read-only

Add a ConnectWise environment using least-privilege read credentials. We tell you exactly what is read.

  2. 02

    Run an audit

RuleCerta pulls only the configuration needed for the audit and freezes it as an immutable snapshot for deterministic analysis.

  3. 03

    Review findings

Work through findings with evidence attached, inspect why each one was detected, and explore how rules relate to each other.

  4. 04

    Export and track

Download the report, keep the audit in history and compare it against the next one.

The engine decides. AI only explains.

Detection is deterministic and versioned: the same environment produces the same findings, and every finding carries the evidence that produced it. An audit assistant is planned later to explain existing results — it is not offered today and will never invent a finding.

  • Versioned detection rules (engine version stored per audit)
  • Evidence attached to every finding
  • Careful language: requires review — no invented severity scores
  • No customer data used to train models
